Station Management

OLBA is licensed by the competent authorities in Lebanon to have full station management in Beirut international airport, our station management services includes but not limited to Provide representative on behalf of the Carrier to act exclusively /non-exclusively to;

-          Represent the Carrier's interest with regard to resolving governmental and local authorities’ matters

-          Attend local airport meetings on behalf of the Carrier, Report to the Carrier results/contents of the meetings then Act, vote and commit on behalf of the Carrier upon request.

-          Solicit Negotiate and Commit Services on behalf of the Carrier, with expenditure/commitment for the following extra services:

1. Airport lounges
2. Baggage delivery services
3. Janitorial
4. Newspapers delivery
5. Laundry services
6. Porters
7. Any other service

-          Negotiate and secure slot(s) and airport facilities, as available, on behalf of the Carrier

-          Liaise with local and Government authorities to ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are applied for, negotiated and secured in advance of each seasonal/operational change.

-          Perform and report quality/performance measurements

-          Handle the contents of Carrier's company mail pouches

-          Any other task may the operator find it needed to be provided by our team
